Detail Net is committed to providing our buyers with the best customer service. Below is a check list to easily ensure that your package will be returned in the most efficient manner.
- In the event that you may need to return an item for an ordering error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. All UNOPENED/UNUSED returned orders will assessed a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are not brought to our attention within 7 days are non-refundable. Detail Net can be notified immediately by email or using our toll free line at 800-343-0055. *Please note: Detail Net is not responsible for any shipping charges for returned packages.
- Once you have the item properly packaged and ready for shipping, you can either:
- Drop your package off at a local USPS or a UPS drop box or UPS store. To find a UPS drop off location visit their website. Or,
- Call UPS for a pick-up at 800-742-5877
- All returned packages must be received in our warehouse with the original invoice or packaging slip included and with sufficient packing to prevent damage during transit.
- Once we receive your returned package, credit will be issued in the manner paid within ten business days of our receipt.
